Use this page if you want to contest moderation, removal, restriction, suspension, or termination decisions related to AyStudio.

How to submit a complaint

Send your complaint without undue delay and, where possible, within six months of the relevant decision. Include the affected account email, the date of the decision, a short description of what happened, and why you believe the decision should be reviewed.

Review process

AyStudio reviews complaints in a timely and diligent manner. Where appropriate, review includes human involvement. Immediate protective action may remain in place while the review is ongoing where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, abuse, fraud, security incidents, or other serious risk.
