AI Transparency Notice
AyStudio is a generative AI image service. Images created in the studios are synthetic outputs produced with AI models from user instructions, reference material, and service-side configuration.
What this means for users
Outputs can be photorealistic, persuasive, or deceptively realistic. You remain responsible for reviewing them before publication, distribution, commercial use, or use in regulated or high-impact contexts.
Where law, platform rules, or the circumstances of use require it, disclose that content was AI-generated or AI-manipulated. This is especially important for photorealistic synthetic media, deceptive edits, or deepfake-like content involving real people.
AyStudio stores provenance metadata for generated images to support disclosure, review, and recordkeeping.
Restricted and prohibited uses
AyStudio must not be used for illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, identity-document fraud, manipulative deception, social scoring, or inferring sensitive traits from biometric or facial data.
We also do not support emotion inference in workplace or education contexts, or other uses that would fall within prohibited AI practices for this product context.
Moderation and review
AyStudio may use automated signals and human review to block or restrict requests that appear unlawful, abusive, or incompatible with our Terms. When a user-facing restriction decision is taken, we store a statement-of-reasons record in the account history.
